The clip appears to show Sandoval moving toward Victoria, Will Robinson wrapping his arms around Sandoval from behind, and Sandoval then forcefully shoving Will backward into a lit fire-pit area. Victoria also appears to go to the ground during the rapid sequence.

The footage does not establish what happened inside the home, who initiated the broader dispute, or whether any party acted in lawful self-defence. Will Robinson disputed Sandoval's account in a statement to TMZ, saying he intervened after Sandoval was allegedly overpowering Victoria, and further claiming that the district attorney did not file charges against her following her arrest, an assertion attributed solely to Will, with no statement from the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office located as of the research cutoff.
